These terms apply to marqov.ai, our public website: the pages you are reading, the blog, the press kit and the enquiry forms. They are an agreement between you and Marqov, Inc., a corporation incorporated in [TO BE CONFIRMED], United States, at [TO BE CONFIRMED].
They do not govern the Marqov platform. The product at app.marqov.ai is covered by a separate agreement that you accept when you create an account. Nothing on this website is an offer of service, a commitment to provide one, or a contract to supply anything.
1. Using this website
You may read these pages, quote them with attribution, and use the forms to get in touch. In return, please do not attack the site or misuse it: no attempts to break into systems, no scraping that degrades service for anyone else, no automated abuse of the forms, no uploading anything malicious, and nothing illegal.
You must be at least 16 years old to send us anything through this website.
2. Requesting access
Marqov is in early access and we onboard teams in batches. Sending an access request does not create an account, guarantee that you will be offered one, or oblige us to respond in any particular time. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
Anything on this site describing the product is a description of what it does or is intended to do at the time of writing. It is not a specification, a service level, or a promise that a named feature will exist, keep existing, or behave the same way later.
3. What is ours
The text, design, code, and the Marqov name and logo are ours or our licensors'. The press kit is provided so that journalists and partners can write about us: you may reproduce the logo to refer to Marqov, following the usage guidelines on that page, and you may not alter it or use it in a way that suggests we endorse or are partnered with you when we are not.
Blog posts may quote or link to third-party material that remains the property of its owner. Links we give to other websites are for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
4. What is yours
Anything you send us through a form stays yours. You give us permission to read it, store it and act on it so that we can reply to you and consider your request, which is all we do with it. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
Please do not send us confidential information through this website. The forms are not a secure channel for it and sending it does not put us under any obligation of confidence. If you need to share something sensitive, email us and we will agree how.
5. No warranty
This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Marqov is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you, and nothing here takes those away.
7. Changes and ending
We may change this website, or these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when we post them and we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site afterwards, that is your acceptance. We may also block access to the site for anyone misusing it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE CONFIRMED], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of [TO BE CONFIRMED] will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
